The project
Working closely with architects and interior designers, the brief was to refurbish completely a 1960s ground-floor three-bedroom-flat into a stunning contemporary flat with the latest hi-tech gadgets. By building an extension on the existing terrace, we converted it into a large master bedroom, with a spacious dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Internally, we incorporated advanced technology including an alarm system and TV cabling. Externally, we provided new balustrading and terrace flooring with uplighters.
